I, Rob Schadenberg, have after several years searching  finally found  a House/Guest House in Austria in Treffen am Ossiacher See in Carinthia. A House on a beautiful spot in a wooded area and close to Lake Ossiach and the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area. Here is the temperature from May to October between the 20-25 degrees , with outliers to 30-35 degrees but in the winter it can also snowing and quite freezing. There are many opportunities for hiking, biking, water sports, skiing, ice skating, cross-country skiing and other trips. We are 4 km from the motorway Salzburg-Villach, exit Villach-Ossiacher See.

I’m currently working on the Pension Rosenheim remodel and just started working at the firth project. Each apartment  gets a color theme. The apartments  are fully furnished and equipped with all comforts in a homely atmosphere.

Also there will be a joint lounge/breakfast room where you can enjoy a coffee or drink and possibly catch up with the other guests.
