A house on a beautiful and quit place, very near at the Ossiacher Lake and ski-area Gerlitzen Alpe.
The temperature in may till october is between 20-25 degrees, and sometimes 30-35 degrees. In the winter can it be very cold and snowing.
There are lots of possibilities for hiking, biking, skiing, skating, swimming and other excursions.

Natural there are also shorter tours nearby. We live along Gerlitzenstraße and driving up here is also a beautiful ride. The motorcycles can be stored in a closed place.

There are many walking tours in the area and something for everyone.
Alpe-Adria trail
The Alpe-Ardia route connects the regions of Carinthia, Slovenia and Friaul Julian Venice and consists of 43 stages and a total of about 750 kms.
The hiking trail starts at the foot of Austria’s highest mountain, the Großglockner, and takes you past many lakes and mountains to easily reach the border triangle, Austria, Italy, Slovenia and then on to Muggia on the Adriatic Sea.
