With the car to Treffen am Ossiachersee:
From the direction of Munich, Salzburg: On the Tauernautobahn (A 10) (a beautiful route to drive) until the exit Villach Ossiacher See, just after the Oswaldigbergtunnel. Follow the route on the Bundesstrasse No. 98 (4 km) . At the turn the Gerlitzenstrasse you turn to the right and after 200 m on the left. You are then already in the Sonnleitenweg. After 100 m on the left you will see our House Rosenheim. Once you drive on the motorways in Austria you are required to purchase an Autobahn Vignette. This Vignette costs € 9,60 for 10 days and for 2 months €28,20. You can buy this Vignette at the border, at gas stations . The cost for the Tauerntunnel are €13,50.
By plane:
There are no direct flights to Klagenfurt. You can fly from Londen to Klagenfurt, you have a stop in Vienna. Flight time approx. 3.30 hours. myaustrian.com. We pick up and take you to and from the airport Klagenfurt.
By train to Villach:
You can from Netherlands to Villach by train. Travel time approx. 12 hours. We pick up and take you to and from the station in Villach.

Arrival:
Daily and between 15.00 till 21.00 pm
Departure:
We kindly ask you to leave your room or apartment before 10.00 am

Breakfast:
Breakfast is served in the in the main house from 8.00 am till 10.00 am.
Lounge:
The lounge is open until 22.00 pm
Smoking:
Our whole House, rooms and apartments are non-smoking. You can smoke on your balcony, terrace or in the garden.
Rest:
In Carinthia is the law that it has to be quiet after 22.00 pm. We kindly ask you to abide by this arrangement.
Safety:
There are smoke detectors in all areas. Look for escape routes according to the flight plan on your room/apartment.
